About The Position

As a Business Analyst on the Finance team, you will ensure the quality and accuracy of our financial data, processes, and commission platform. You will own financial metric integrity across Salesforce, Looker, and our proprietary Platform, while collaborating closely with the Product and Engineering teams on quality assurance. A primary focus will be applying your Tech Wiz mindset to identify and develop automation solutions for commission, accounting, and FP&A processes, and providing bespoke financial reporting and support to our advisors.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience combining roles in finance/accounting, billing, and business analysis, with a strong focus on data and automation.
  • Proven experience with financial metric integrity and reporting using tools like Salesforce and Looker (or similar BI/CRM tools).
  • Deep expertise in developing automation and reporting solutions, ideally using no-code/low-code tools.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of accounting, billing, and commission reporting processes, including month-end close.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable communications.

Responsibilities

  • Data & System Integrity: Own the integrity of commission and core financial metrics throughout our Salesforce, Looker, and Platform systems.
  • Quality Assurance & Product Opportunity: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on QA efforts to ensure the quality of commission and platform functionality, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Process Automation: Drive efficiency by identifying, developing, and deploying no-code/low-code solutions to automate commission, accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
  • Advisor Communication & Reporting: Manage bespoke advisor reporting using initial, v.5 solutions (no-code/low-code) with a clear intent to identify the most valuable reports for migration to the main platform.
  • Month-End Support: Step in to assist with our month-end close process, contributing to accounting and billing responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
