About The Position
We are looking for a highly proactive Business Analyst with solid experience in system integration initiatives. This role blends both business understanding and technical insight, requiring someone who can translate complex requirements into clear documentation, define user stories with precise acceptance criteria, and support end-to-end integration testing. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is capable of leading Agile ceremonies when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5–7 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst in IT or integration-focused environments
- Strong understanding of API concepts, system integrations, and data mapping
- Proficiency with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience building workflow diagrams and swimlanes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Highly organized, analytical, and self-driven with strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Basic SQL skills for performing data checks or validation
- Exposure to Postman, Fiddler, Visual Studio 2022, Docker Desktop, and SSMS
- Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies; certifications such as CSM or PMI-ACP are a plus
- Industry experience in airline, logistics, or enterprise integration environments
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable documentation
- Develop comprehensive BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams
- Design process flow diagrams, swimlane maps, and detailed data mapping documentation
- Partner with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to support API testing, data verification, and integration monitoring
- Work with engineering and security teams to ensure audit compliance, maintain security artifacts, and manage attestation requests
- Track and manage sprint progress, user stories, and tasks within Azure DevOps
- Maintain structured project documentation and knowledge repositories in Confluence
- Prepare professional presentations, project summaries, risks, and milestone reports for leadership
- Step in to facilitate daily standups and other Scrum ceremonies in the absence of a Scrum Master
- Support SIT and UAT cycles by validating requirements and ensuring sufficient test coverage
