Position supports the operational business function for the Contract Services Group (CSG) Camden contract. Responsible for reviewing / preparing financial statements, maintaining the Maintenance Repair & Replacement (MR&R) activities for the contract, capital project setup / execution, and general analytic support for all operational aspects of the contract.

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Financial analysis and modeling skills
• Ability to identify process improvements and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to effectively interact with colleagues, consultants and utility stakeholders
• Strong team-working skills and ability to manage/produce in a culturally and geographically diverse, multi-company, matrix organization
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
• SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Hyperion experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Business-related discipline or equivalent years of experience
• 3 years prior accounting/finance related job experience required.

Nice To Haves

• MBA graduate preferred
• Experience with Government contracting a plus

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing / preparing financial statements
• Maintain all aspects of the MR&R fund for the CSG Camden contract
• Establish a strong business partnership with Operations and Capital personnel at the project and Functional Leads to develop and implement business strategy
• Provide analytical support to all levels of management, and other ad-hoc reporting
• Assist CSG management in maximizing the business and operational performance of the business by collecting, analyzing and evaluating CSG Camden financial and operational data; and analyzing performance problems at the project and developing solutions.
• Support CSG budget development and management by participating in the operational budgeting and planning process and working with Utility Managers to identify and address budget issues.
• Support business activities related to company contracts, oversight of the submission of invoices, monitoring of O&M, capital, pass through and other expense tracking at a project level
• Support business development, including developing financial models
• Other special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed
