About The Position

Modern Technology Solutions Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide Program Management Office (PMO) support to the United States Space Force (USSF) System Delta 85 responsible for developing software and the supporting architecture for the organize, understand, plan, decide, direct, and monitor capabilities within the C2 Joint Capability Areas (JCAs). A successful candidate should be a self-starter who possesses initiative, excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,and is a proven problem solver. Job responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to: Providing high-level administrative and business support to senior level leadership Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records Communicating daily schedules and changes as requested by government leadership to include maintaining calendars on multiple computer systems at different security levels Making travel arrangements to include visit requests, maps, reservations, read aheads, and agenda development Providing meeting support including room reservations, dial in coordination and dissemination of meeting materials before and after the meeting, and projection during meetings Conducting research, providing liaison between the Commander, the office, and outside orgs, receiving visitors, arranging calls Managing incoming and outgoing mail and distribution IAW local facility practices Supporting leadership transitions through development of continuity documents and transfer of information and material Providing support to security for leadership include acquiring badges, CACs, and obtaining facility accesses Working with and supporting external Administrative Support actions and organizations Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience using MS365 Office Suite
  • Understanding of Department of War and/or Space Force organizational structure, policies, and culture
  • Familiarity with Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Familiarity with security procedures such as sending Visit Access Requests
  • Experience handling high level taskers and effectively utilizing reporting systems
  • Active Secret (Must be a U.S. Citizen)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience setting up technical communications system such as Teams, Zoom, and AFSEVEN
  • SCI clearance.
  • SAP clearance.

Responsibilities
