About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support our Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice, with a strong focus on solution design, requirements definition, and implementation support across leading CLM platforms. This role is critical in translating business needs into scalable, efficient, and user-centric contract management solutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CLM platforms, including Ironclad, Icertis, SirionLabs, and DocuSign CLM.
• Demonstrated experience working within CLM transformation projects or digital contracting programmes.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-engagement capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Familiarity with legal operations, procurement, or contract processes is advantageous.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Ironclad is highly preferred and will be given priority.
• Exposure to CLM integrations, workflow design, or contract data migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and functional requirements related to CLM.
• Document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities across CLM implementations.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct data analysis, gap assessments, and process optimisation recommendations.
• Assist with training, change management, and post-implementation support.
