Business Analysts supporting Electric Transmission Planning are responsible for research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business decision-making, strategy, and operations. They may also be involved in business process improvement, quality control, special projects, and other initiatives. • This hybrid position works from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters’ location is flexible and within the PG&E service territory. This position is required to work from a PG&E office 3 days/week. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.A reasonable salary range is:Bay Area Minimum: $114,000Bay Area Mid-Point: $148,000Bay Area Maximum: $182,000&/ORCalifornia Minimum: $108,000California Mid-Point: $141,000California Maximum: $173,000
