Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Teams applications required.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred skills in communication, process improvement, data analysis, risk management, critical thinking, and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work with the PMO team to define project milestones, phases, and required elements based on business and project requirements.
• Document and evaluate business processes and workflows, while identifying opportunities and making recommendations for improvement.
• Design processes and workflows to support project design, decision‑making, and issue identification.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable directives for the development and creative teams.
