About The Position

A successful Business Analyst at Fiserv collaborates with clients and internal teams to implement software solutions tailored to clients' needs, ensuring reliability and effectiveness. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, design specifications, and ensure successful deployments. With responsibilities in client upgrades, software development, and test automation, you will support Fiserv clients serviced at a Fiserv data center. Your role will help ensure our products align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Requirements

  • Highschool graduate/GED
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • 5 years of experience defining business requirements and writing design specifications.
  • 3 years of SQL report writing experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 3 years of experience with workflow charting and diagramming tools.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients on issues, business processes and implementations to ensure their business needs are met.
  • Define and document business processes - both internal and external.
  • Write design specifications and develop workflow charts and diagrams.
  • Provide client support during deployment and implementation phases.
  • Using technology to extract and manipulate data from multiple operational systems and data repositories, write and run queries to gather accurate and timely data.
