The Business Analyst serves as a key contributor supporting the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the Tech & Digital Strategy department. Working under the guidance of senior analysts and leadership, this role focuses on learning and applying business analysis fundamentals, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing support, and process analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with business units, subject matter experts, and technical resources to understand business needs, document requirements, support project implementation activities, and contribute to system configuration efforts. As an early-career professional in business analysis, this individual will develop proficiency in core BA concepts, practices, and tools while contributing to projects of varying complexity. The role provides hands-on experience with the whole project lifecycle—from requirements elicitation through deployment—with increasing autonomy as skills develop. The Business Analyst will have regular contact with internal stakeholders across the organization and may interface with external vendors, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
