The Business Analyst supports enterprise clinical and benefit data transformation initiatives by partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to design, document, and deliver scalable, integrated data capabilities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that clinical and benefit information is accurately translated into business requirements, validated through testing, and delivered in alignment with operational, regulatory, and enterprise objectives. The analyst acts as a key liaison between clinical operations, technology teams, and enterprise program owners, ensuring clarity, coordination, and readiness across a broad portfolio of initiatives. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Requirements

  • Experience developing business requirements for clinical, operational, or enterprise data initiatives
  • Experience working in cross functional environments with business, technology, and operational teams
  • Solid understanding of how clinical and benefit information supports operational workflows and business decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements
  • Demonstrated solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, clinical, and operational stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business requirements for enterprise data and integration initiatives
  • Translate complex clinical, regulatory, and operational needs into clear, structured requirements and workflows
  • Document end to end business processes, data flows, and functional needs to support scalable enterprise solutions
  • Ensure requirements align with broader enterprise strategies, standards, and governance expectations
  • Serve as the business analysis representative on multiple enterprise programs, supporting alignment across business, clinical, and technology teams
  • Coordinate with program leads and delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and delivered as intended
  • Support integration planning and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, helping manage dependencies and cross team impacts
  • Act as a central point of coordination to reduce ambiguity and ensure consistent communication across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with quality and testing partners to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation plans based on documented requirements
  • Support testing cycles by validating outcomes against business expectations and identifying gaps or risks
  • Ensure that clinical and benefit data outputs are accurate, complete, and operationally viable prior to deployment
  • Assist with issue tracking, defect triage, and resolution support to maintain delivery timelines
  • Track initiative status, milestones, risks, and dependencies across assigned programs
  • Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, readiness, and potential impacts
  • Support deployment planning, change readiness, and communication activities to ensure smooth implementation
