About The Position
14430 – Business Analyst (onsite) – Tallahassee, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: ( 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience as a Business Analyst on technology modernization projects. (5+ years) Experience analyzing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to support strategic goals. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions. Experience as an IT Business Analyst for software development projects. Experience in eliciting requirements, documenting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria. Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management and tracking. Experience developing and executing user acceptance test cases. Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Feature Driven Design. Experience utilizing BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to provide insights and support decision-making. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA). Preferred: Experience in business process modeling and improvement. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects. Experience with data analysis techniques and tools. Experience with cloud computing and enterprise architecture. Experience working in a government or public sector environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support project proposals and decision-making. Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability in Azure DevOps. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarify requirements. Provide guidance and oversight during the development and testing phases to ensure alignment with business goals.
