Requirements

• 8 Years Required Business Analytics gathering requirements and creating/modifying documentation.
• 8 Years Required Conducting JADs, provide enterprise analysis including data analysis, project gaps, plans out milestones and goals of a project. Conduct meetings with good communication skills to bridge customer and technical teams.
• 8 Years Required Elicit business needs for new projects and existing projects.
• 8 Years Required Testing experience on modules that follow the requirements set forth for the modules.

Nice To Haves

• 4 Years Preferred Project management experience
• 4 Years Preferred Planning/Scheduling task for optimal completion of projects
• 4 Years Preferred Managing small teams to achieve the overall goal of the project

Responsibilities

• Work with the TCEQ IRD and user staff.
• Participates as the Project Manager/Business systems analyst in all phases of the Software development lifecycle to analyze, design, develop ad implement core TCEQ applications that use Java, JavaServer Faces, PrimeFaces, JavaScript, Hibernate and SQL
