We’re not just a marketplace — we’re a passionate, fast-moving team redefining how people buy and sell cars online. We are hiring a Business Analyst to partner closely with senior leadership across Product Engineering and Auction Operations. This is a hands-on role focused on analyzing marketplace performance, building reporting, and turning data into clear, actionable insights. You will report directly to the CRO & Head of Auction Marketplace.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets; expert in SQL
- Advanced Excel and PPT skills; Experience with CRM data (Zoho or similar)
- Intellectual curiosity and strong business judgment
- Clear communication with non-technical audiences

Responsibilities
- Analyze auction performance, seller funnels, pricing, and sell-through
- Build and maintain SQL-based dashboards used by leadership
- Analyze seller acquisition, retention, and lifecycle metrics
- Work with data from static sources, databases, data and CRM systems
- Measure marketing and funnel performance
- Translate complex analysis into clear insights for stakeholders
