About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into clear requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outbound notice content delivery across all clients, ensuring client-specific email, SMS, and postal mail notice templates and content are accurate, compliant, and effectively supported from creation through production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience with Business Analytics, ideally in a SaaS company.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the library of supported notice templates as part of client documentation.
Guide new clients through existing templates and support current clients with updates or new template adoption.
Clearly explain template purpose, audience, and usage to clients.
Collaborate with product managers to create/modify default (baseline) template content maintained within the library of supported notice templates.
Answer client questions, track outstanding requirements, and ensure timely receipt of updated content requirements from clients to meet release dates.
Review client-submitted content to confirm accuracy, compliance, and alignment with template functionality before scheduling for development.
Update client-specific content directly or partner with UI developers to implement changes.
Partner with stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve notice-related issues in production.
