About The Position

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting purchasing, planning, and
financial performance through the management of open-to-buy budgets, data
analysis, and reporting. This role uses data-driven insights to support
efficient supply chain operations and ensure effective purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MS suite of products)
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor Open-to-Buy budgets by category
• Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and financial targets to recommend OTB adjustments
• Track actual spend vs. plan and identify risks and opportunities
• Partner with buyers and planners to align purchasing decisions with OTB constraints
• Support purchasing decisions through data-driven insights
• Identify overstock and stockout risks and recommend corrective actions
• Create and maintain recurring reports (weekly, monthly, seasonal) on sales, inventory, and OTB performance
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format
