About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities: · Use tools like Power BI, Tableau or other visualization software to synthesize the information and assist senior executives in making decisions. · Document, design, and handle complicated business rules for processing operational and financial data · Track requirements, development, and testing using Jira and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives · Develop analytical methods and tools to evaluate and integrate data from various sources to assess and recommend solutions to assigned problems. · Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Prepare and present reports on progress, performance, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Use performance data to inform strategic adjustments and continuous improvement efforts. · Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to understand and enhance business processes, producing documentation of process requirements and details. · Deliver schedule management and milestone tracking for various customer projects utilizing strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Develop strategic plans and identify areas for process improvements and more efficient business practices. · Apply oral and written communication expertise to develop project deliverables, including analysis plans, written reports, briefing slides, and discussions with clients and stakeholders. · Support studies and meetings; document and compile notes; analyze data; develop guides, standard operating procedures, trackers, and publications, one pagers, facts sheets, etc. · Knowledge and experience with fundamentals of process, performance, and system engineering · Knowledge of systems thinking, and experience with federal program engineering and management concepts. · Experience conducting information research, business process modeling, process improvement identification, requirements management, and performance metric development and management. · Experience in designing new organizational processes and structures and assisting organizations through the transition, including designing transitional approaches. · Strong analytic skills · The ability to plan and facilitate working sessions · The ability to conduct interviews with executives, managers and staff. · The ability to facilitate a customer team through analysis processes · The ability to effectively interact at both the technical and management levels. · Strong verbal and written communication skills (briefings, presentations, documentation).
