What This Role Is (and Isn’t) This is not a reporting role. You won’t be waiting for tickets—you’ll be helping define the problem. Requirements

  • 4+ years in analytics, business analysis, or data science roles
  • Strong experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and marketing analytics
  • Ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong business judgment and comfort working in ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • SQL as a primary tool for data analysis
  • Experience with modern data environments (Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
  • Dashboarding and visualization (Power BI or similar)
  • Python or similar tools for deeper analysis and automation
  • Curiosity and interest in leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance analysis and insight generation

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary analytics partner across marketing, promotions, loyalty, and product initiatives
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Measure the incremental impact of campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies
  • Conduct analyses including market basket, cannibalization, customer segmentation, and LTV
  • Synthesize findings into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives
  • Proactively identify opportunities and bring forward new analytical ideas
  • Present insights and recommendations directly to stakeholders and clients
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure data quality and consistency
