Requirements management – documenting clear, testable, and prioritized requirements. Strong communication skills – translating technical concepts into business language (and vice versa). Active listening – understanding real business needs beyond stated requests. Analytical mindset – ability to break down complex problems logically. Collaboration – working closely with developers, testers, and product owners. Curiosity & continuous learning – keeping up with tools, tech, and industry trends.
