Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of industry experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with software testing best practices
• Solid understanding of business processes and systems

Nice To Haves

• Background in chemical engineering, manufacturing, or IT
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment and applying continuous improvement tools is a strong differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and business processes with clarity and consistency.
• Develop clear, detailed functional requirements for new or enhanced solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing to validate that solutions meet requirements and deliver measurable value.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
