About The Position

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong analytical mindset and a background in engineering to lead projects and drive business process improvements. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves to take on various project tasks directly as needed. You will join the Group Real Estate engineering team and work closely with cross-functional teams to support business processes and applications that improve our organization’s efficiency. In the Business Analysis capacity, you will engage stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. You will also analyze complex business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making, and recommend data-driven solutions. Furthermore, you will facilitate business process modeling, document current and future state processes, and collaborate with IT, engineering, and other departments to ensure technical implementation aligns with business objectives. In the Project Management capacity, you will lead end-to-end project management from initiation through planning, execution, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, monitoring project performance, tracking and reporting on project progress, and identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), business, computer science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis and project management
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans and technical specifications
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) to support business analysis and decision-making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with technical non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification
  • Experience working on projects involving software development, systems integration, or process automation
  • Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities
