About The Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing Management Consulting team, where you can apply your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to help clients shape and deliver exceptional digital products and experiences. In this role, you will bridge business needs with technology solutions—translating ideas into actionable plans, defining requirements, and ensuring teams stay aligned on outcomes that drive real business value. You will learn and understand our clients’ goals, collaborate closely across teams, and contribute to initiatives that improve both customer and employee experiences.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or product ownership roles.
• Experience gathering requirements to build a digital solution (website, mobile, application etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to connect insights to action.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—both written and verbal.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver digital solutions.
• Curiosity about customer experience, digital products, and how technology drives business outcomes.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in consulting or client-facing project work is a bonus
• Exposure to journey mapping, roadmapping, or CX design tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and deliver product goals, requirements, and success metrics.
• Translate business needs and customer insights into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
• Support product strategy and roadmap development by gathering data, conducting analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure product solutions align with business and user needs.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and demos to drive clarity and alignment across teams.
• Contribute to the creation of project documentation—such as journey maps, process flows, and release plans.
• Analyze market or competitive trends to inform decision-making and product direction.
• Prepare presentations and reports that communicate progress, insights, and recommendations.
