We are seeking a Business Analyst – Product Management Co-Op / Internship to support our Product Management team and gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle strategy within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This opportunity is designed for students seeking either a co-op or internship experience and offers the chance to work directly with product leaders, analyze real business data, and contribute to decisions that impact product performance, pricing, and market strategy. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Sophomore or junior standing enrolled in an accredited co-op or internship program
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong interest in product management, business analytics, and commercial strategy
  • Previous internship or co-op experience preferred
  • Ability to work on-site

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Familiarity with BI tools, dashboards, or data visualization tools preferred
  • Ability to organize and analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Support product managers with analysis of product performance, pricing, margins, and sales trends
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from ERP, CRM, and BI systems to support portfolio decisions
  • Assist in developing business cases, product roadmaps, and commercialization strategies
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to support product positioning
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for product reviews and leadership updates
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, and R&D teams
  • Support product launches, product changes, and portfolio rationalization initiatives
  • Participate in product review meetings and provide data-driven insights
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of product and business data
