About The Position

Your Role The Digital Care Programs Operations team manages the Wellvolution platform and digital care programs. The Business Analyst, Principal, will report to the Sr. Manager Digital Care Program’s Operations. In this role, you will support the Digital Care Program team with reporting and analysis work. This includes gathering and interpreting data to help identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights. You will also be responsible for preparing regular reports, collaborating with team members to address key performance indicators, and recommending improvements based on your findings.
