Requirements

Experience working within an Agile environment and implementing best practices
Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira
Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence
Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, development teams, and end-users
Ability to apply critical thinking to identify and help resolve team challenges
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role, or 9+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role in lieu of degree
