As a change management professional, you’ll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop GEOINT Certifications that achieve NCCA accreditation. Requirements

3+ years of experience advising clients of ethical and legal standards and risks for employee selection and psychometric assessment
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining compliance with third-party bodies such as the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)
3+ years of experience designing and constructing legally defensible test instruments, including subject matter expert training, item development workshop facilitation, and standard-setting panel administration
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology
