As an IT business analyst, you’ll help develop leading-edge applications Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, and business analysts , you’ll help identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Requirements

• Experience managing multiple document deliveries
• Experience developing specific requirements to serve as the build-to specification for development
• Ability to work with development teams, generating documentation on functionality being delivered
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience with requirements, business, and systems analysis
• Ability to contribute to the preparation for and delivery of software system demonstrations to the user community

• Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
