About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to serve as both a Business Analyst and IT Specialist. This cross-functional role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology, capable of analyzing data, improving processes, and supporting IT infrastructure. Company will not provide sponsorships at this time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in business analysis, IT support, or a similar hybrid role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and basic scripting.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networking, and cybersecurity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Nice To Haves

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CBAP are a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document business data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
Support project planning, scope definition, and performance tracking.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
Monitor system performance and implement security best practices.
Assist in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and cloud integrations.
Maintain accurate documentation of systems and support procedures.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management.
