About The Position
Christian Brothers Services (CBS) is a nonprofit organization that administers cooperative programs in health, retirement, risk, and consulting solutions for Catholic organizations nationwide. With more than 250 employees, CBS is committed to service, collaboration, and mission-driven impact. We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Relationship Management division. This internship offers hands-on experience in CRM systems, data analysis, and cross-functional project support within a professional, collaborative environment. This is a structured, paid summer internship designed to provide meaningful work experience and direct mentorship. Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Interest in CRM systems, data management, or business analysis
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Student applicants must have completed their sophomore year of college prior to the start of the internship (i.e. you must be an incoming college Junior or Senior)
Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce CRM administration and application usage
- Assist with data management, analysis, and reporting
- Participate in system testing and user training initiatives
- Contribute to project management activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support division goals
