About The Position

Business Analyst III Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 7550 Teague Rd Ste 500 Hanover, MD. Onsite: This role requires associates to work from the posted locations full-time, enabling consistent face-to-face collaboration, teamwork, and direct engagement. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm The Business Analyst III is responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software. How You Will Make an Impact: Analyze complex end-user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs. Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs. Develop project plans and identify and coordinate resources, involving those outside the unit. Work with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing. Act as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues. May provide direction and guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field of study.
• Five (5) years of required business analysis or related experience.
• Five (5) years of required business analysis, or related experience must include:
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• SQL (Structured Query Language)
• At least 6 months of Healthcare industry experience
• Data analytics
• Ability to review, understand and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• JIRA
• MS Visio
• Agile methodology
• Test Reports
• Quality Assurance (QA Manual Testing and Automation Testing)
• Sharepoint
• Tableau
• CVE- Claims adjudication
• Prior Authorization Hub
• Rxticket
• Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field of study.
• Three (3) years of required business analysis, or related experience.
• Must have skills listed above.
