The Business Analyst III provides senior-level expertise in business process analysis, system design, organizational assessment, and strategic improvement initiatives. This role translates complex business needs into technical requirements, supports change management and implementation efforts, and applies industry best practices to enhance organizational performance across technical and functional domains. Requirements

  • Approximately eight (8) or more years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or organizational consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated experience performing enterprise-level assessments and strategic planning.
  • Experience applying industry best practices and conceptual business modeling techniques.
  • Ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend corrective solutions.
  • Experience supporting software selection and implementation efforts.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in Business, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or related field required;OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced expertise in business process analysis, system design, and improvement initiatives.
  • Translate complex business process needs into detailed technical requirements.
  • Lead organizational and strategic planning efforts across diverse technical and functional environments.
  • Apply industry best practices to develop conceptual business models and identify relevant issues in application software selection.
  • Assess operational and functional baselines across organizational components.
  • Define strategic direction and engagement approaches while ensuring organizational needs are addressed.
  • Identify information technology deficiencies impacting functional performance.
  • Support improvement initiatives across Human Resources, Finance, Supply, and Operations domains.
  • Provide change management guidance and training support during system or process transitions.
  • Support Configuration Management and Knowledge Management initiatives.
  • Develop reports, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business strategy with technical solutions.
