Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project/program coordination, or related roles
  • Strong project management experience including planning, prioritization, and dependency tracking
  • Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and issue triage with engineering or technical teams
  • Experience in access management, role-based provisioning, and security operations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured outputs
  • Experience managing medium to large stakeholder groups
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI tools for analysis, automation, or workflow optimization
  • Background in stakeholder management across business operations and security teams
  • Prior experience working with large-scale tech organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process flows in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support technical troubleshooting by triaging issues, documenting reproduction steps, and tracking resolution progress
  • Manage access provisioning and role-based permissions aligned with security and operational requirements
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and execution documentation to ensure timely delivery
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured communication for diverse audiences
  • Apply basic AI tools and techniques to enhance documentation, analysis, and workflow automation
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture key decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
