About The Position

Overview Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst III will support in writing Epics and Features as part of on of our Agile Software Delivery Teams. Frequent, open communication with both the Program Manager and the Army client will be an essential aspect of the role, and the Business Analyst will employ excellent writing skills across important reports and participate in meetings. While the Business Analyst III will be proficient in solving the most complex problems without extensive assistance from other staff-members, collaboration with the numerous Agile Teams and other parts of the program will be a common aspect of the position. Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• This position requires a current Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in SAFe for Teams or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support User Story writing and management of ART Backlog
• Collecting data from agile teams, creating, maintaining, and delivering project metrics and data inputs to CDRLs.
• Responsible for supporting agile data collection, administering agile project tools, and compiling reports.
• Provides project coordination and analysis for managers.
• Performs work with a high degree of latitude.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate a group.
• May act as lead or first-level supervisor.
