About The Position

This entry‑level position partners with the VitalIQ Product team to support an assigned VitalIQ State, contributing to the delivery of IT solutions and services aligned with organizational cost, quality, and strategic goals. Working under the guidance of a Group Product Manager, this role focuses on business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, and testing of application features and functionality. The role also involves regular interaction with customers and stakeholders, requiring strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Basic understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, tools, and languages
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Understanding of business requirements elicitation and documentation, including user stories and functional specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to understand and document business processes and system workflows
  • Moderate facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Basic oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn in a structured, team‑oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document basic business requirements and processes, including current‑state (As‑Is) and future‑state (To‑Be) workflows
  • Assist in developing basic system specifications, process flows, and conversion strategies
  • Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
  • Participate in testing application features and functionality to ensure solutions meet documented requirements
  • Create and maintain basic technical and functional user documentation
  • Follow established business processes, protocols, and quality standards throughout solution development and deployment
  • Support stakeholder and customer expectations, escalating risks or issues to project managers as appropriate
  • Build trusted‑advisor relationships with stakeholders and customers through effective communication and reliable project execution
  • Perform additional duties and ad hoc support as assigned
