About The Position

An employee in this role supports NEER’s structure and compliance activities by executing and coordinating operational, governance, and compliance-related processes across the project lifecycle. The position focuses on maintaining accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting related to legal entities, lender requirements, collateral obligations, and project-level information, while supporting continuous process improvement as the business continues to scale. This role works cross-functionally across the enterprise to ensure that legal entities, lender consents, collateral requirements, and related compliance activities are properly managed, documented, and reported. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Responsibilities may include supporting legal entity formations and changes, coordinating lender consent activities, maintaining project and entity information within enterprise systems, assisting with collateral-related processes, and developing or enhancing tracking tools, documentation, and workflows. The employee is expected to exercise ownership over assigned processes, identify risks or gaps, and escalate issues as appropriate to support accurate reporting and compliance.
