About The Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst I to join our dynamic Strategy Team. This role is pivotal in assisting strategic initiatives within our organization. As a Business Analyst, you should possess technical and analytical skills. The individual will be a Business Analyst I and is expected to work with our Senior Business Analyst and Relationship Manager to assist with coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders and partners.

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a discipline requiring critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related analytical role is required.
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills, including the ability to encourage new ways of looking at problems, processes, and solutions
  • Experience pursuing long-term goals while balancing the short-term needs of the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Moderate (or better) knowledge of SQL and PowerBI or similar data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience with data extraction and visualization and/or reporting
  • Ability to self-direct; managing time and goals effectively with minimal supervision in both "build" and "run" stage business environments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Support documentation of business requirements for new or updated applications.
  • Assist in basic user testing activities to help ensure quality delivery.
  • Help coordinate communication between business and technology teams.
  • Document current processes and suggest simple improvements.
  • Review incoming requests and help determine priority and next steps.
  • Maintain partner profiles in SharePoint, including updates to contact details and documentation.
  • Support onboarding tasks for new partners.
  • Help analyze business data and prepare summaries to support decision-making.
  • Create basic reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Learn and apply tools like SQL and PowerBI to support reporting and data visualization.
