About The Position

In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to design, enhance, and optimize HR systems that support organizational performance. You will lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into clear functional specifications, and guide system improvements from concept through implementation. Working closely with HR, IT, and external vendors, you will ensure solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals. This position offers strong exposure to enterprise systems, process transformation, and data-driven decision-making. You will contribute directly to improving employee experience, operational efficiency, and system reliability. Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical analysis roles.
  • Experience working with HR systems, enterprise platforms, or large-scale business applications.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops to define business, functional, and technical needs.
  • Analyze existing HR systems and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  • Document detailed functional and non-functional specifications and support solution design with technical teams.
  • Coordinate system enhancements, release schedules, and implementation plans in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Support testing activities, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
  • Perform data analysis and validation before and after system deployments to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Provide project status updates, documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing system support.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
