About The Position

If you're looking for a Business Analyst role that offers both breadth and depth—where your contributions are valued and your professional growth supported—we invite you to explore a career designed to be different. Room & Board has an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst (Human Resources & Marketing) on our Business Systems team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our HR, Marketing, and business leaders to understand evolving needs and ensure we are leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, elevate the staff‑member experience, and strengthen our brand.
