About The Position

ASSYST is seeking a skilled Business Analyst – Finance to support our client in Tallahassee, FL Location: Tallahassee, FL Job Type: Contract (Corp to Corp/C2C or 1099) Position: Onsite, No Remote Work Allowed

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
5+ years of Business Analyst experience
Experience on large-scale enterprise software projects
Strong BPMN expertise
Experience in requirements documentation and test planning
Hands-on QA/testing experience and defect management in JIRA
Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills

Nice To Haves

Oracle eBS experience
MS Project, MS Visio
BA Certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PBA)

Responsibilities

Facilitate SME sessions to assess PALM impacts on FDLE accounting systems
Document current and future-state business processes using BPMN
Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows
Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform QA testing ( functional, integration, regression, UAT support)
Track and manage defects using JIRA
Prepare process crosswalks between legacy and PALM systems
Maintain project documentation (issue logs, change logs, decision logs, action items)
Provide daily status updates to the Business Support Program Manager
Support SME training and knowledge transfer
