About The Position

Support the IT Program Governance team as a Business Analyst (BA), Support other Program Governance activities to include project management (PM), organizational change management (OCM), schedule management, risks and issues management, budget management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), testing and release activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in similar BA roles and project environments
• Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to generate/understand business and technical requirements and track solution progress
• Ability to understand technical and solution architecture
• Facilitate project technical and non-technical discussions with various stakeholders
• Ability to develop/generate user dashboards and reports
• Ability to organize and manage relationships with team members, client, and solution vendors

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of experience in similar BA roles and project environments
• PMP certification
• Agile Scrum certification
• Experience with ERP Systems, including S/4HANA
• Certifications in ERP Systems, including SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, e.g. Maximo
• Experience in rail industry and/or transportation industry
