Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, training, or technology
  • 3+ years of software consulting or 2 years of custom solution delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Proven ability to review SQL data outputs and translate technical findings into business insights.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles (Payroll, AP/AR, GL) and project management practices.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the construction industry, construction accounting, or Trimble Viewpoint / Spectrum ERP.
  • Experience using PSA tools such as NetSuite, FinancialForce, or Kimble.
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment with billable revenue expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the case intake and analysis of customer business goals to design strategic software customization projects.
  • Act as a consultant to define needs, determine strategy, and develop comprehensive proposals and work orders.
  • Spearhead the creation of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for innovative custom solutions.
  • Drive internal feedback cycles to refine future scoping efforts and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with Technical Services Specialists to ensure seamless project handovers and successful delivery.
