About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Project Execution Business Analyst to join the our transformation program, a key initiative driving Schneider Electric’s digital evolution in the North America Market (NAM). In this role, you will lead business transformation and continuous process improvement through research, data analysis, and problem-solving. You will gather and translate customer and business requirements into digital solutions that enable standardized processes and deliver measurable value. Acting as a change leader, you will support transformation initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects that shape the future of our operations and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience with a focus on customer project management
  • Ability to analyze and design business processes with an innovative and forward-looking approach
  • Knowledge of industry and products relevant to Schneider Electric, along with a solid understanding of project management principles and terminology
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and facilitate decision-making
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to translate business value into effective user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrates independent thinking and accountability for outcomes
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and priorities
  • Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency to achieve individual and team objectives
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and clarify requirements quickly

Responsibilities

  • Champion change initiatives by driving adoption among end users and addressing issues or concerns raised by the business community
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional environment with business groups, IT teams, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements
  • Take a leadership role in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements
  • Work closely with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, ensuring consistency with established business processes
  • Partner with team members to validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards, and policies
  • Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business teams and end users
  • Identify key areas for business transformation and process improvement
