This effort is focused on discovery and analysis and does not include system implementation or configuration. Qualifications: The ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience performing business analysis for complex IT initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, legacy and modern systems, and cross-program workflows. Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills are essential, along with experience documenting requirements to support future procurement or modernization efforts.
