Requirements

3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Healthcare industry, Medicaid or Medicare experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills with expertise in business process re-engineering and quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of programming concepts (configuration, development, batch processing)
Critical thinker with hands-on claims experience and ability to solve complex problems
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with business leaders, clients, and technical teams
Collaborative influencer and team player
Fully remote options from continental US locations only
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

Nice To Haves

Medicaid or Medicare experience is a plus
Experience with PERM audits and SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations
Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models
Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design
Ensure that “intent of change” is carried out through every project phase by participating in technical reviews and inspections
