Requirements

  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in Healthcare industry, Medicaid or Medicare experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in business process re-engineering and quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of programming concepts (configuration, development, batch processing) 
  • Critical thinker with hands-on claims experience and ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with business leaders, clients, and technical teams
  • Collaborative influencer and team player
  • Fully remote options from continental US locations only
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

Nice To Haves

  • Medicaid or Medicare experience is a plus
  • Experience with PERM audits and SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technological aspirations
  • Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models
  • Create, execute or analyze basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are built into system design
  • Ensure that “intent of change” is carried out through every project phase by participating in technical reviews and inspections
