Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems or relevant field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant industry experience through internship or professional positions.
  • An interest in emerging technologies and AI applications in business and construction environments.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of AI initiatives defined by Dysruptek leadership.
  • Support coordination of AI programs, pilots, and rollouts across teams and business units.
  • Assist with tracking AI tool access, license allocation, and usage in alignment with program goals.
  • Maintain documentation of AI initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and status.
  • Collect and organize feedback from users to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with reporting on AI adoption, utilization trends, and implementation progress.
  • Coordinate with technical AI resources to support smooth handoff and deployment of solutions.
  • Partner with business, operations, and technical teams to align AI activities with organizational needs.
  • Support coordination of AI enablement activities, such as pilot feedback sessions, knowledge sharing, or internal working sessions.
  • Engage with stakeholders across offices and jobsites to support consistent implementation.
  • Participate in internal meetings, working sessions, and reviews related to AI initiatives.
  • Occasionally travel to other Haskell offices, job sites, conferences, or external partners to gather insights, oversee project progress, or present findings.
