The Business Analyst 3 role involves comprehensive analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within CIO functions. This position is responsible for designing and documenting future-state processes, developing operational procedures, and providing training to ensure consistent adoption of new systems. Key aspects include interpreting regulatory requirements to design compliant processes and controls, developing and automating reports for investment oversight and operational performance, and providing technical support and platform administration for the portfolio management platform. The role also requires acting as a liaison between vendors, internal CIO teams, and other corporate areas, as well as serving as a lead analyst on complex initiatives, overseeing end-to-end business analysis activities from requirements gathering to post-deployment validation.
