Business Analysis Managers is located in Bellevue, WA and will support intakes and business requirements gathering & data governance for T-Mobile Business Group. • Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3-4 days per week. No additional national or international travel is anticipated. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the Data Foundations Project for TFB, managing the ingestion of critical data sources and ensuring alignment with business strategy and product management. Establish and maintain governance processes, including training for Business and Data Stewards, to ensure data integrity and compliance. Ensure agile team priorities and backlogs, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while mitigating risks. Oversee business architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment between business capabilities, organizational structure, and strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver robust solutions that meet industry standards and strategic objectives. Support end-to-end project management by overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial intake to final delivery. Ensure a seamless process by meticulously coordinating project requirements, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing timelines. Drive the successful completion of projects by maintaining clear communication, proactively addressing potential roadblocks, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics, or other similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience, and 3 years of experience as Business Analyst II; Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst; Business Systems Analyst; or related.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics, or other similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience, and 5 years of experience as Business Analyst II; Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst; Business Systems Analyst; or related.
  • Spearheading the design and deployment of comprehensive data governance frameworks and architectures in enterprise settings. Integrating and managing critical data sources across multiple business units and systems, including Salesforce, Snowflake, Collibra to streamline and enhance B2B operations.
  • Applying Agile methodologies to oversee the continuous delivery and refinement of data reporting processes and governance protocols. Ensuring these align with evolving business priorities and enabling rapid, adaptive responses to changing organizational needs.
  • Guiding and mentoring teams of subject matter experts (SMEs) in data governance, reporting, and analytics. Focused on achieving project milestones and ensuring team alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Developing and implementing innovative data-driven solutions and operational procedures. Ensuring the accurate promotion, validation, and integration of both static and dynamic data, especially during frequent system updates and releases.
  • Utilizing data storytelling techniques and advanced visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) to transform complex datasets into compelling narratives. Aiding strategic decision making, driving stakeholder engagement, and clearly communicating insights at all organizational levels.
