This role plays a key part in driving core FP&A activities to support the North America Finance Organization, including budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and consolidation. The person in role will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to deliver impactful insights, shape business cases, and support long‑range planning. They will produce and support cross‑functional financial reporting, perform ad‑hoc analyses that influence operational and strategic decisions, and advance project initiatives and cost‑optimization efforts. This role also contributes to building team capability by supporting the development of early‑in‑career finance partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and business planning.
  • 5+ years of applicable industry experience in a relevant financial, operational, or analytical environment.
  • 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading cross‑functional teams, driving alignment and delivering business outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience influencing decision‑makers, including providing recommendations and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including driving timelines, managing stakeholders, and delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex financial analysis and core FP&A activities—including NPV, ROI, IRR, P&L management, scenario modeling, and cyclical reporting—to support financial due diligence, drive performance, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop innovative analytical approaches to address complex business challenges, partnering with cross‑functional teams to set targets, build plans, measure performance, improve processes, and guide data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
  • Professionally communicate and present complex financial concepts to both finance and business leaders to support and influence decision making
  • Provides coaching, direction, and leadership to team members to support capability development and drive business results.

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
  • For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
