About The Position

As a Business Analysis Manager within the Core Segment & Deposit team, you will be a key player in driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements in a chief-of-staff function. This role blends strategy, operating cadence, cross-functional program management, and executive communication to ensure that leadership priorities translate into measurable outcomes. You will act as an integrator, communicator, and executor - removing roadblocks, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining momentum on the most crucial initiatives. You will become a force multiplier and a strategic partner, driving clarity, focus, and execution across the organization. Within this role, you will lead with the autonomy to shape the executive agenda, align cross-functional priorities, and ensure the operating cadence and governance mechanisms run with discipline. You will translate strategy into clear roadmaps and KPIs, facilitate quarterly and monthly business reviews, and unblock execution by resolving dependencies and escalating decisions swiftly. You will prepare leadership for high-stakes forums through analytics, briefings, and crisp communications, acting as a trusted thought partner on narrative, messaging, and stakeholder engagement. You will incubate and drive special initiatives end-to-end, steward organizational health and talent rhythms, and create transparency through dashboards, metrics, and narrative reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive communications and presentation development showcasing skills equivalent to 5+ years of experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; executive presence and sound judgment
  • Executes promptly, owns results, and protects confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Own and facilitate annual & quarterly planning sessions with senior leaders
  • Own the leadership operating rhythm of staff meetings, leadership offsites, operating reviews, and decision forums
  • Defining agenda, executing pre-reads, assigning follow ups, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through
  • Draft and refine executive communications, preparing town halls, board materials, investor and partner updates and internal memos
  • Prepare senior leaders for key meetings with briefs, talking points, and data-backed recommendations
  • Drive clarity and insights into the organization's book of work including prioritization of key technology initiatives
