About The Position

We are currently hiring for our next Business Analysis Co-Op in the Seaport District of Boston. This position is from July-December 2026. What You'll Brew: The Business Analysis team is the mission control support structure for the Boston Beer Company sales force. You will be responsible for supporting the team in a variety of ways, including: National Account Support - On/Off Premise (approx. 70%) Manage the intake and completion of Call Point requests via Zendesk for the National Account On and Off-Premise teams Manage the On-Premise Draft survey process Learn & leverage syndicated data to create compelling selling stories for the sales team Assist with updating and creation of PowerBI dashboards utilized by sales force Assist in call point management (KARMA database) Assist in ongoing reporting requirements Geographic Team Support (approx. 30%) Assist in ongoing reporting requirements Providing trend analysis for geographic sales team Other sales team related ad hoc analysis

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program
  • Valid Social Security Number needed by first day of employment

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred fields of study are business, marketing, finance, or economics
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Expert level working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with or supporting a sales team is helpful
  • Team player
  • Ability to communicate with remote stakeholders
  • Students 21+ years of age
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake and completion of Call Point requests via Zendesk for the National Account On and Off-Premise teams
  • Manage the On-Premise Draft survey process
