Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Reasoning and problem-solving ability is essential
Attention to detail, accuracy and neatness are essential
Self-Starter
Minimum High School Education or Equivalent with college experience preferred
General office skills with high proficiency in Excel and Power-Point
Good Work Ethic with the ability to complete assignments independently
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Analysis of various aspects of the meat processing business including, but not limited to, sales, procurement and operations.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes as well as Business Objects
Developing, preparing and updating Power Point presentations
Other duties as assigned
